By bringing your people together and providing them with the foundations to create a team that works, united under a shared sense of purpose, you create an inspiring and enlightening energy that will propel you all forward.

My approach starts by giving all team members, and yourself, the opportunity to speak with me 1-1 in a safe, confidential space. I will explore what’s working well and what isn’t and use these insights to tailor a series of team coaching sessions.

In my experience, when everyone feels their views have been listened to and considered up-front, they are more likely to trust the process and in turn will be more open and truthful in the sessions making it a more collaborative, positive experience for all.

My work uses a proprietary Team Coaching model researched and developed during my MSc studies at Henley Business School. This creates readiness for the Coaching and opens up new ways for you and your people to communicate honestly in a way that will move the whole team forward. You’ll learn how to make difficult conversations comfortable, using shared experiences to build trust and providing everyone with the chance to bring all they’ve got to succeed.

As a result, you’ll have an inspired and enlivened team, focused on a common purpose with shared goals that performs better as a group, whilst also enabling the potential in every single person to shine.
