'Working with high potentials and high performers we offer both a highly structured Leadership Development programme or a more flexible developmental coaching programme in which specific goals are identified and worked on during the course of coaching sessions.
Both programmes will bring heightened self awareness of personal strengths, values and your ‘why?’; the key to unlocking motivation. Diagnostics such as MBTI and 360 feedback can also be incorporated into the coaching programmes.

Designed for individuals who are at key moments of career transition; this coaching builds confidence, career options and a compelling future vision. This coaching is often self funded by individuals. This work can be achieved one to one or in a group workshop.

A series of group workshops for between 5 and 15 is available either for in house or as open programmes (see events page). These workshops have all been delivered for clients including Yahoo, Havas Media and Vizeum Global. Topics include Personal Branding, Confidence and Authenticity, Resilence Mindsets, Setting Achievable Goals, Introduction to Coaching Skills.
